Before being introduced to Emily, the days with my 2 year old had very little structure or routine. He wouldn’t nap or if he did it was far too late in the evening. He would be up very late, not settled in his own bed and awake during the night (sometimes for hours at a time!)
I spoke to Emily and she was so lovely and understanding. She took on board all of my problems and asked me to keep a little diary for a few days for her to assess.
Within 24 hours of giving Emily my diary she came back to me with a plan on how to deal with the issues I was having and a solution for getting us into a routine.
From night one I noticed a difference, I honestly couldn’t believe it!
Emily checked in with me every morning to see how our night went and to see if there was any other way she could support.
After 6 days we were fully in a new routine. It has been life changing!

Our wee boy was 18 months when Emily helped us get him into a routine.
He had never been a terrible sleeper but never had a set routine. Then when we went into lockdown his sleep pattern was all over the place, some nights he’d be asleep by 8pm, but more often than not it was closer to 11pm.
He had also never ‘self settled’ and one of us would have to lie with him for sometimes an hour before he’d fall asleep.
Emily put an action plan together and within a week we were in a proper routine and - I cannot believe this - he now self settles!!
As soon as his pyjamas are on he wanders through to his room and happily gets into bed; no tears, no fuss.
The difference this has made to him is really noticeable, and for us to have time back in the evening is amazing!
